How far in advance should we inquire?
As early as possible, especially for destination work, executive gatherings, complex production or family programming. Shorter timelines can be discussed during consultation when the scope and venue requirements are clear.
Do you work with company-provided venues?
Yes. We can design around an approved venue, an existing conference footprint or a preferred hospitality partner, then identify what is needed to make the experience work well.
Can you design programming around our company's conference schedule?
Yes. Corporate family programming, offsites and retreats are shaped around the agenda, arrival patterns, session timing, meals, transitions and guest needs.
Can children's experiences accommodate different age groups?
Programming can be customized for different age ranges, participant counts and activity levels. Age ranges, check-in procedures, supervision protocols, accessibility needs and venue requirements are established during planning.
Can we customize STEM activities?
Yes. Robotics, coding, engineering, science discovery, maker stations and creative technology can be adapted to the event theme, space, ages and desired educational or recreational emphasis.
Do you manage events outside our home city?
Destination and incentive experiences can be scoped for travel. Location, partner availability, venue requirements and on-site coordination needs are reviewed before a proposal is prepared.
Can wellness programming be incorporated into an executive retreat?
Yes. Movement, meditation, spa coordination, nature, nutrition-focused dining and reflective sessions can be woven into a leadership or strategy agenda without making the retreat feel clinical.
Can you work with our existing venue or preferred vendors?
Yes. We can collaborate with existing partners where appropriate and identify gaps that may need additional specialists, production support or hospitality staffing.

How is event pricing determined?
Pricing depends on scope, size, staffing, location, programming, production requirements, venue restrictions, timeline and complexity. A proposal is prepared after the requirements are understood.
